The Vineking is a very independent wine merchant based in Reigate and Weybridge, Surrey. We specialise in both private clients, wholesale trade accounts and corporate gift services. We also cater for weddings and can offer wedding lists. You might recognise some of our wines but many I hope will be new to you. Be assured, quality is all at The Vineking - for every wine listed at least 20 have been tasted and rejected!

2006 L'Archet Rosé, Domaine Gayda, £7.50
An enticing blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, the Archet rosé is produced from the free run juice of the estate's La Livinière vineyards. Jewel-like clarity and pale pink. The aromas are delicate and fresh - hints of red fruits and wafts of lavender. Dry and light on the palate, this is an eleganant rosé that rivals some of the top provence estates for purity. |

Rioja Reserva 2000, Vina Marro £9.50
Classic Rioja from a family-run vineyard. Cherry colour, enticing oak and forest fruits aromas and an all-rounded, elegant taste. Good match for cured cheeses, and red meats. Aged 24 months in French and American oak barrels and a further minimum 12 months in bottle.
